Our Process & Enquiries

Consider what matters most about the project, from its setting and main spaces to the details and materials.

We assess the building’s orientation and how light reaches each space. The proposed session allows for key interiors and elevations to be photographed at the appropriate times.

You will receive a shoot proposal outlining the recommended coverage, number of finished images, licensing and fee.

We work alongside ROMEO Films for projects requiring photography and film. Coverage and timing can be coordinated, with film quoted separately.

We confirm booking arrangements, access and preparation requirements before the shoot.

Spaces should be complete, cleaned and prepared for photography. Please advise us of any outstanding work or occupied areas in advance.

We review the forecast against the brief. If conditions are unsuitable for the intended photographs, we discuss rescheduling.

The shoot begins with a walkthrough to confirm priorities and assess the available light. We refine camera position, composition and details within each frame, returning to spaces as the light changes.

We work independently, with a project contact available for access and any decisions required on the day. You are welcome to attend.

After the shoot, we review the photographs and prepare a proof gallery. Proofs are supplied for selection, before final retouching.

Mark your preferred images in the gallery and confirm your selection by email. We can advise on a set that represents the project and suits its intended use.

Licensing is agreed according to who will use the images and where they will appear, including websites, social media, awards and wider marketing.

Architects, builders, designers and other project partners can share the creation fee. Each business selects and licenses its own images. The cost sharing arrangement is confirmed before booking.

Selected images are individually finished, including colour grading, perspective correction and retouching. Delivery is scheduled from receipt of your selections, with any publication or launch deadlines agreed in advance.
